  • Free tier: Use indefinitely with 25 Qlinks, 2 pages, 2 forms, 1 digital menu, and basic features
  • Upgrade anytime: Choose a paid plan when you need more Qlinks or advanced features
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly starting on the 1st, with prorated billing for mid-month upgrades
  • Downgrade anytime: Return to Free tier at your next billing cycle - your Qlinks remain active (up to Free tier limits)

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle (1st of the month), moving you to the Free tier
  • No penalties for changing plans
  • Keep your data - all Qlinks and analytics are preserved when downgrading (within Free tier limits)

What’s the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?

Quick Summary: Static QR codes are permanent and can’t be changed. Qlinks are dynamic - you can update the destination anytime without reprinting.

How small can I print a QR code and still have it scan?

Minimum recommended size: 2cm x 2cm (about 0.8 inches)

  • Amount of data encoded
  • Scanning distance and lighting

Rytinco Qlinks never expire as long as your account remains active. However:

  • Free tier: Qlinks remain active as long as you stay within the 25 Qlink limit
  • Paid plans: If you downgrade to Free tier, you must delete excess Qlinks to stay within the 25 Qlink limit
  • Inactive accounts (90+ days without login) may be archived

Comprehensive tracking includes:

  • Scan counts: Total and unique scans
  • Geographic data: Country, region, city
  • Device information: iOS/Android, device types
  • Browser data: Which browsers people use
  • Time patterns: Peak scanning hours and days
  • Referrer data: How people found your Qlink

Our geographic data is 90-95% accurate for country and region levels, and 70-80% accurate for city-level data. We use IP geolocation, which can be affected by:

  • Mobile network routing
  • Proxy servers

Can I integrate Rytinco analytics with Google Analytics?

  2. Set Campaign Medium: “rytinco”

  4. Analytics will appear in both Rytinco and Google Analytics
  • Free tier: 30 days of analytics history
  • Starter+: 90 days of analytics history
  • Growth+: 365 days (1 year) of analytics history
  • Pro+: 730 days (2 years) of analytics history
  • Enterprise: 1,096 days (3 years) or custom retention periods available

What happens if Rytinco’s servers go down?
