Subscription & Pricing

Section titled “Is there a free trial?”No. Rytinco does not offer a free trial. Instead, every new account starts on our Free tier which includes:
- ✅ No credit card required
- ✅ 25 Qlinks (active total)
- ✅ 2 Landing Pages
- ✅ 2 Forms
- ✅ 1 Digital Menu/Pricelist
- ✅ 30 days analytics history
- ✅ Basic QR code customization

When does billing start?
Section titled “When does billing start?”Billing starts when you choose to upgrade from the Free tier to a paid plan:
- Free tier: No charges, use indefinitely
- Paid plans: Billed monthly starting on the 1st of each month
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Payment required: Only when upgrading to a paid plan
Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Absolutely! Rytinco offers:
- ✅ No contracts or long-term commitments
- ✅ Cancel anytime via your dashboard
- ✅ No cancellation fees or penalties
- ✅ Move to Free tier - upon cancellation, you’ll be downgraded to the base Free tier at the end of your billing period
- ✅ Keep your Qlinks - your existing Qlinks remain active within Free tier limits
- ✅ Reactivate easily - upgrade again anytime to restore full functionality
Payment & Billing

Section titled “What payment methods do you accept?”Accepted Payment Options:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards: All major debit cards
- Secure Processing: All payments encrypted and secure
When am I billed?
Section titled “When am I billed?”Billing Schedule:
- Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month
- Upgrades: Prorated immediately, difference charged
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
How do I update my payment method?
Section titled “How do I update my payment method?”Easy Payment Updates:
- Log into your Rytinco dashboard
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click “Update Payment Method”
- Enter new card details
- Save - next bill uses new payment method
What if my payment fails?
Section titled “What if my payment fails?”Payment Failure Process:
- Day 1: Automatic retry (often resolves temporary card issues)
- Day 3: Email notification and second retry attempt
- Day 7: Final retry attempt and warning notification
- Day 10: If payment remains unpaid, your workspace will be downgraded to the Free tier
- Qlinks preserved: Your existing Qlinks remain active within Free tier limits (25 Qlinks)

Plan Changes & Usage
Section titled “Plan Changes & Usage”Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Section titled “Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?”Plan Changes Made Easy:
Upgrades (immediate):
- ✅ Takes effect immediately
- ✅ Prorated billing for remaining period
- ✅ Access to new features right away
- ✅ Additional Qlinks usage available instantly
Downgrades (next billing cycle):
- ✅ Takes effect at the start of next billing cycle (1st of the month)
- ✅ You’ll be moved to the Free tier
- ✅ Can upgrade again anytime
- ✅ All your Qlinks and analytics are preserved
What happens if I exceed my Qlink limit?
Section titled “What happens if I exceed my Qlink limit?”Qlink Limit Management:
- At Limit: Cannot create new Qlinks until upgrade
- Soft Enforcement: Existing Qlinks continue working
- Upgrade Prompt: Dashboard shows upgrade options
- Easy Solutions: Upgrade plan
How do plan downgrades work?
Section titled “How do plan downgrades work?”Downgrade Process:
- Choose to downgrade in billing settings
- Effective date shows (start of next billing cycle on the 1st)
- Keep your data - all analytics and Qlinks are preserved
- Move to Free tier - when you downgrade, you’ll be moved to the base Free tier
- Qlink limits apply - if you have more Qlinks than the Free tier allows, you’ll need to delete some before downgrading
Invoicing & Records

Section titled “How do I access my invoices?”Invoice Management:
- Dashboard → Account Settings → Billing
- View “Invoice History” section
- Download PDF or Email invoices
- Export multiple invoices for accounting
- Automatic emails sent for each invoice
Can I get invoices with VAT details?
Section titled “Can I get invoices with VAT details?”Business Invoicing:
- ✅ VAT Registration: Add your VAT number
- ✅ Company Details: Include business address
- ✅ Custom Billing: Professional invoice format
- ✅ Accounting Export: CSV for accounting software
- ✅ Multiple Recipients: Send invoices to accounting team
What’s included in billing statements?

- Account Information: Name, address, VAT number
- Billing Period: Service period covered
- Plan Details: Plan name, Qlink allowance
- Usage Summary: Actual usage during period
- Surcharges: Any overage fees
- Payment Method: Last 4 digits of card used
- Taxes: VAT and other applicable taxes
Refunds & Credits

I can’t find my invoice

Billing address is wrong

- Save changes - affects future invoices
- VAT compliance - ensure address matches VAT registration
- Historical invoices cannot be changed
