Set up your Rytinco account properly from the start to maximize your success with Qlinks, Pages and analytics. This comprehensive guide covers everything from basic profile setup to advanced workspace configuration.

  1. Navigate to your profile:

    • Click your avatar in the top right corner
    • Select “Settings”
  2. Complete your profile:

    • Display Name: Your display name throughout Rytinco
    • Avatar: Upload a professional photo or logo

Strong Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 characters
  • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols
  • Not based on personal information
  • Unique to Rytinco

Change Your Password:

  1. Profile Settings → Security
  2. Enter current password
  3. Create new strong password
  4. Confirm and save

Monitor Account Access:

  • Active Sessions: See all logged-in devices
  • Session History: Review recent login activity
  • Remote Logout: End sessions on other devices
  • Suspicious Activity: Report unusual access

Customize your dashboard appearance

  • Light Mode: Default, bright interface
  • Dark Mode: For reduced eye strain

Configure what emails you receive:

  • New Messages: Get notified when you receive new messages
  • System Updates: Important system updates and maintenance notices
  • Security Alerts: Critical security notifications (strongly recommended)
  • Weekly Reports: Weekly summary of your activity and analytics
  • Marketing & Updates: Product updates, tips, and promotional content

Why this matters: Workspace settings affect branding, analytics, and team collaboration.

  1. Workspace Name:

    • How your workspace appears in shared content
    • Used in white-label features
    • Visible to team members
  2. Website URL:

    • Your primary website (optional)
  3. Description:

    • Brief overview of you or your business
    • Helps team members understand your focus
  4. Logo:

    • Upload your optional logo

During Free Trial:

  • No payment required for 30 days
  • Add payment method before trial expires
  • Avoid service interruption

Adding Payment Methods:

  1. Account Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Add Payment Method”
  3. Enter card details (securely processed)
  4. Set as primary payment method

Configure Invoice Details:

  • Billing Address: For tax compliance
  • Company Details: VAT number if applicable
  • Invoice Email: Where invoices are sent
  • Payment Terms: Monthly or annual billing

For multiple users:

  1. Navigate to Team Settings
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter email address and role
  4. Send invitation
  5. They receive email to join

Assign Appropriate Permissions:

  • Owner: Full account access (you)
  • Admin: Manage team, billing, all Qlinks
  • Manager: Create/edit Qlinks, view analytics
  • Viewer: View-only access to analytics

Best Practices:

  • Use clear naming conventions for Qlinks
  • Organize campaigns by team or department
  • Regular team training on new features

Complete these steps for optimal performance:

  • Profile Information: Name, email
  • Workspace Details: Info and branding
  • Notifications: Email preferences configured
  • Payment: Method added (before trial expires)
  • Team: Members invited and roles assigned
  • First Qlink: Created and tested successfully

Verify Everything Works:

  1. Create a test Qlink with your branding
  2. Check analytics are recording properly
  3. Test team access if you have multiple users
  4. Verify notifications are working
  5. Confirm billing shows correct information
