Account Setup
Set up your Rytinco account properly from the start to maximize your success with Qlinks, Pages and analytics. This comprehensive guide covers everything from basic profile setup to advanced workspace configuration.
Getting Started

Section titled “Account Creation Completed?”If you haven’t created your account yet, head to our Quick Start Guide first, then return here for detailed setup.

Personal Configuration
Section titled “Personal Configuration”Profile Information
Section titled “Profile Information”-
Navigate to your profile:
- Click your avatar in the top right corner
- Select “Settings”

Complete your profile:
- Display Name: Your display name throughout Rytinco
- Avatar: Upload a professional photo or logo
Security
Section titled “Security”Password Management
Section titled “Password Management”Strong Password Requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols
- Not based on personal information
- Unique to Rytinco
Change Your Password:
- Profile Settings → Security
- Enter current password
- Create new strong password
- Confirm and save
Session Management
Section titled “Session Management”Monitor Account Access:
- Active Sessions: See all logged-in devices
- Session History: Review recent login activity
- Remote Logout: End sessions on other devices
- Suspicious Activity: Report unusual access
Customize your dashboard appearance
- Light Mode: Default, bright interface
- Dark Mode: For reduced eye strain
Notification Preferences
Section titled “Notification Preferences”Configure what emails you receive:
- New Messages: Get notified when you receive new messages
- System Updates: Important system updates and maintenance notices
- Security Alerts: Critical security notifications (strongly recommended)
- Weekly Reports: Weekly summary of your activity and analytics
- Marketing & Updates: Product updates, tips, and promotional content
Workspace Setup
Section titled “Workspace Setup”Workspace Information
Section titled “Workspace Information”Why this matters: Workspace settings affect branding, analytics, and team collaboration.

Workspace Name:
- How your workspace appears in shared content
- Used in white-label features
- Visible to team members

Website URL:
- Your primary website (optional)

Description:
- Brief overview of you or your business
- Helps team members understand your focus

Logo:
- Upload your optional logo
Billing Setup
Section titled “Billing Setup”Payment Information
Section titled “Payment Information”During Free Trial:
- No payment required for 30 days
- Add payment method before trial expires
- Avoid service interruption
Adding Payment Methods:
- Account Settings → Billing
- Click “Add Payment Method”
- Enter card details (securely processed)
- Set as primary payment method
Invoice Preferences
Section titled “Invoice Preferences”Configure Invoice Details:
- Billing Address: For tax compliance
- Company Details: VAT number if applicable
- Invoice Email: Where invoices are sent
- Payment Terms: Monthly or annual billing
Team Setup (Optional)
Section titled “Team Setup (Optional)”Invite Team Members
Section titled “Invite Team Members”For multiple users:
- Navigate to Team Settings
- Click “Invite Member”
- Enter email address and role
- Send invitation
- They receive email to join
User Roles
Section titled “User Roles”Assign Appropriate Permissions:
- Owner: Full account access (you)
- Admin: Manage team, billing, all Qlinks
- Manager: Create/edit Qlinks, view analytics
- Viewer: View-only access to analytics
Team Collaboration
Section titled “Team Collaboration”Best Practices:
- Use clear naming conventions for Qlinks
- Organize campaigns by team or department
- Regular team training on new features
Setup Verification
Section titled “Setup Verification”Account Readiness Checklist
Section titled “Account Readiness Checklist”Complete these steps for optimal performance:
- Profile Information: Name, email
- Workspace Details: Info and branding
- Notifications: Email preferences configured
- Payment: Method added (before trial expires)
- Team: Members invited and roles assigned
- First Qlink: Created and tested successfully
Test Your Setup
