Our servers are global, ensuring fast loading times internationally. However, our pricing is in South African Rand, and our support team operates in SAST timezone.
Getting Started

- Click “Sign Up” and enter your email
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile setup
- Start your 30-day free trial (no credit card required)
Do I need a credit card to start?
Section titled “Do I need a credit card to start?”No! You can start your 30-day free trial without providing any payment information. You’ll only need to add payment details when you’re ready to subscribe after your trial period.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Section titled “What happens after my free trial ends?”- Day 25: We’ll send you a reminder email about your upcoming trial expiration
- Day 30: If you haven’t upgraded, your account becomes read-only
- Read-only mode: You can view your analytics and Qlinks but can’t create new ones or update existing ones
- Reactivation: Upgrade anytime to restore full functionality
Can I change plans later?
Section titled “Can I change plans later?”Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime:
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle
- No penalties for changing plans
Qlinks (QR Codes & Shortlinks)

Section titled “What’s the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?”Quick Summary: Static QR codes are permanent and can’t be changed. Qlinks are dynamic - you can update the destination anytime without reprinting.

How many Qlinks can I create?

- Basic Plan: 5 Qlinks
- Standard Plan: 25 Qlinks
- Professional Plan: 100 Qlinks
- Enterprise: Unlimited (custom pricing)
Can I customize the appearance of my Qlinks?
Section titled “Can I customize the appearance of my Qlinks?”Yes! You can customize:
- Colors: Foreground and background colors
- Logo: Add your business logo in the center
- Shape: Corner styles (square, rounded, circle)
- Pattern: Different Qlink patterns
- Size: Various dimensions for different uses
What file formats can I download Qlinks in?

- SVG: Best for professional printing and scaling
- JPG: Good for web use
How small can I print a QR code and still have it scan?

- Scanning distance and lighting
Do Qlink expire?
Section titled “Do Qlink expire?”Rytinco Qlinks never expire as long as your account remains active. However:
- If you cancel your subscription, your Qlinks will stop redirecting
- Inactive accounts (90+ days) may be archived
Analytics & Tracking

- Scan counts: Total and unique scans
- Geographic data: Country, region, city
- Device information: iOS/Android, device types
- Browser data: Which browsers people use
- Time patterns: Peak scanning hours and days
- Referrer data: How people found your Qlink
How accurate is the geographic data?
Section titled “How accurate is the geographic data?”Our geographic data is 90-95% accurate for country and region levels, and 70-80% accurate for city-level data. We use IP geolocation, which can be affected by:
- VPN usage
- Mobile network routing
- Proxy servers
Can I integrate Rytinco analytics with Google Analytics?
Section titled “Can I integrate Rytinco analytics with Google Analytics?”Yes! Use UTM parameters when creating your Qlinks:
- Set Campaign Source: Location of QR code (e.g., “poster”, “table-tent”)
- Set Campaign Medium: “rytinco”
- Set Campaign Name: Your campaign identifier
- Analytics will appear in both Rytinco and Google Analytics
How long is analytics data stored?

- Standard Plan: 90 days of analytics history
- Professional Plan: 365 days of analytics history

Troubleshooting

I’m not seeing analytics data

- Wait time: Analytics can take 5-10 minutes to appear
- Ad blockers: Some browsers block tracking
- VPN/Proxy: Can affect geographic data accuracy
- Cache: Try refreshing your browser
- UTM parameters: Check if tracking codes are set correctly
My Qlink redirects to the wrong page

- URL accuracy: Verify the destination URL is correct
- Protocol: Ensure URL includes
http://orhttps:// - Cache: Clear browser cache and try again
- Recent changes: Updates can take 1-2 minutes to propagate
- Test directly: Visit the Qlink URL in your browser
I can’t access my account
